Throughout an extensive international career in corporate banking and finance, Antoine Marchand has demonstrated a proficiency in structuring cross-border strategic alliances. As a senior member of the Capital Alliance International Division, Antoine focuses on acquisitions and structured financings for both mid-sized and large companies in various industries.
Prior to joining Capital Alliance, Antoine was the First Vice President of multi-regional Comerica Bank, where he structured financings for global companies operating in the United States and Latin America. From 1983 to 1995, Antoine held the position of Senior Vice President of Banamex, the Mexican subsidiary of Citibank, where his vision drove international expansion and the forging of key strategic alliances.
Antoine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Dallas, where he graduated with highest honors. He is an active board member for several North American companies, and a member of the faculty at the University of Phoenix Graduate School of Business.

- Represented the shareholders of a leading Mexican specialty chemical manufacturer and distributor on the sale of a majority stake in ownership to a public chemical company headquartered in India.
- Represented the shareholders of a leading Mexican agricultural equipment manufacturer in its first US acquisition, a move that helped it to increase its market share and develop tighter partnerships with OEMs.
- Represented the shareholders of a North American equipment manufacturer in the restructuring of its balance sheet.
- Drove a strategic alliance between a North American manufacturer of personal care products, and a global manufacturer of skin care products and antibacterials.
