Capital Alliance represented the buyer, Partner’s Consulting Services of Irvine, CA, in a search to rebuild their geographic and service offering after they recapitalized the company. CAC located and presented Texas-based Consultant’s Choice Professional Services Group (CPSG) who provided tactical and strategic technology services to clients throughout Texas and surrounding states. CPSG split their service offerings evenly between localized application development services and full enterprise resource planning management and implementation. CAC assisted our client in structuring a multifaceted purchase structure to allow the primary shareholder of CPSG to exit with cash and younger and junior shareholders to receive cash, shares and stock options to participate in the growth of the newly recapitalized buyer.
