Capital Alliance served as the exclusive advisor to PC Specialties, positioning the client for a sale and structuring the terms of the transaction. The acquisition is the first in the RFID antenna manufacturing space for T.P.S. Partners.
PC Specialties, a Texas corporation, serves the commercial telecommunications and wireless technology industries. Over a twenty-year history, the company has offered products such as power dividers, phase shifters, base stations, GPS, and satellite automotive antennas, with a recent emphasis on low cost manufacturing solutions for printed circuit RFID antennas.
