Capital Alliance advises Lyons on acquisition of Aabakus

DALLAS and FLORENCE, AL (July 11, 2016) -- Lyons HR of Florence, AL, has announced the acquisition of Nashville, TN, based Aabakus Inc., a professional employer organization, effective June 30, 2016.

Capital Alliance Corp. of Dallas counseled Lyons on the acquisition. Brad Buttermore, Capital Alliance managing partner and CFO, sourced and directed the acquisition.

This transaction strengthens Lyons HR’s position in the vibrant Nashville employment market. Through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, the company now provides services for more than 610 clients in 40 states, totaling more than 12,000 worksite employees.

As a full service human resource company, Lyons HR serves clients through its PEO and Staffing divisions. The company is accredited by the Employer Services Assurance Corporation (ESAC). The PEO operations provide full human resource outsourcing services for small and medium-sized businesses. The staffing operation delivers temporary-to-placement, contingent labor supply and recruiting services for employers of all sizes, with clients ranging from a single location to multi-national Fortune 500 companies.
